This lecture will consider the probate process from the creation of a will to the administration of an estate, covering grants of representation, grants of probate and grants of administration.

12^th October 2023 Zoom 2pm – 4pm

This lecture will examine a range of issues likely to arise in the probate process including tax consequences, spouses’ and children’s rights, lost wills, challenging a will and the costs of probate actions.
