The seminar will cover various types of applications to enter and reside in Ireland for non-citizens. It will look at applications for entry visas and long-term residence schemes including work permit applications. It will look at the types of potential applications for family members of EU and Irish nationals. It will also set out the grounds under which an applicant may successfully obtain international protection (refugee status) in Ireland. Finally, it will provide an overview of the pathways to citizenship for long-term residents.
